Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care services to patients with a variety of respiratory conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
