Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team at Phoenix Home Care & Hospice. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children and young adults with specialized healthcare needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and clean up after meals
- Perform basic home chores, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
- Assist with laundry and other household tasks
