Job Title: Business Analyst - Data Insights

We are seeking a Business Analyst - Data Insights to join our team at Company.

As a Business Analyst - Data Insights, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to inform business decisions. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
