Key Responsibilities:
Production Team Members:
- Utilize food processing machinery to mix, measure, and transport raw materials for food production.
- Assist operators in managing raw materials and finished products throughout the production process.
- Break down cooked products into appropriate sizes for packaging.
- Package cooked food items manually or with machinery to ensure quality and safety.
Sanitation Team Members:
- Adhere to manufacturing and food safety protocols.
- Perform hand scrubbing and sanitization of facility areas.
- Clean machinery, overhead structures, and assist in equipment setup and teardown.
- Operate cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness in production areas.
- Conduct housekeeping and janitorial tasks as needed.
- Follow safety guidelines and utilize personal protective equipment.
- Handle chemicals as required for sanitation tasks.
Forklift Team Members:
- Operate forklifts for loading and unloading products.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, and reach as necessary.
- Good hand-eye coordination is essential.
- Ability to work in environments with temperatures around 40 degrees.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed based on production demands.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- No formal education requirement.
