Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Bally's Dover. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and serve a variety of beverages to guests, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Take orders and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other staff members to ensure seamless service.
  • Stay up-to-date on drink recipes, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide expert recommendations to guests.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior bartending experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
