- Located an hour south of Atlanta, GA
- Setting: Both clinic and surgery
- Patient type: 90% adult, 10% pediatric
- Average daily census: 25-30
- APP support/supervision: Yes, APP will supervise locum tenens
- EMR: EPIC
- Client requirements: Must be board certified and have a valid Georgia license, with Covid-19 vaccination
