- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in patient education, discharge planning, and prioritization of needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as per hospital policy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education.
- No experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow with our team.
