Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and maintaining guestrooms, public areas, and common spaces.
• Ensure all areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with linens, toiletries, and other essentials.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the housekeeping management team to maintain high standards of quality and service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• 6-12 months of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for long periods.
