Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious cakes for our members.

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the bakery meets the member's expectations.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date control standards.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, interacting with associates to understand roadblocks and assist in training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.

As a Cake Decorator at Sam's Club, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage range of $17.00 to $24.00, plus additional compensation in the form of premiums. You will also receive a range of benefits, including health, financial, and paid time off benefits.

• 6 months' experience in a fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
