Electrical Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electronic equipment and components used in the industry. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and repair electrical systems, including AC and DC circuits, motor controls, and safety circuits.* Troubleshoot mechanical equipment, PLCs, and ladder diagrams.* Assist in routine planned maintenance and emergency repairs of plant equipment.* Design, plan, install, and maintain industrial control equipment and instrumentation.* Calculate proper size and specifications of wire, conduit, motor controls, switches, panels, and fuses.* Conduct Root Cause Analysis and compile reports based on findings.* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED.* First Aid/CPR Training and Safe Land/PEC Certified preferred.* 1-3 years' experience in Hydraulic fracturing or oilfield operating company.* Basic knowledge of frac equipment with 1-2 years' experience in Electrical field.* Must possess a Journeyman Electrician License issued by the state of the district advertising the opening.* Strong understanding of software utilized within programmable logic control (PLC) systems (GE Drive Coach, Woodward, Danfoss, LS H Series, Toshiba).* Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently.* Physical stamina to perform hard labor in various conditions, including lifting equipment up to 80lbs.* Willingness to work irregular hours, including overnight stays and travel.* Dependability, reliability, and ability to fulfill responsibilities.* Ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
