As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for high-rise construction projects.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data and information for estimating purposes.
- Prepare and present detailed estimates, including quantity take-offs, cost analyses, and budget recommendations.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve estimating processes and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise construction estimating, with a strong background in quantity surveying and cost engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
