Working Hours: Days, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Some Flexibility Available)

Your Role:

Assess the educational requirements of staff, design, coordinate, and deliver educational programs to address these needs. Develop educational strategies that enhance the quality of patient care. Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal educational standards while maintaining accurate educational records.

Your Contributions to the Team:

· Facilitates General and Nursing Orientation programs

· Knowledgeable in AHA guidelines

· Maintains necessary instructor certifications for BLS, ACLS, and PALS

· Capable of designing and delivering educational programs utilizing various modalities that reflect adult learning principles

· Addresses the educational needs of inpatient departments

Qualifications Required:

· Bachelor’s degree in nursing

· Proficient in Healthcare Informatics, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word

· Two to three years of experience in acute care settings

· Current BLS certification
