Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of our dining staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met, maintaining a clean and safe food environment for our guests.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities for our staff, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our management team, staff, and guests, ensuring that all needs are met and concerns are addressed.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree and at least two years of experience in catering or food service business or the equivalent combination of education or experience required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Filemaker, or similar database software, and calendar management programs.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods, including periods with significant walking.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Supervisory Experience: Previous supervisory experience and strong customer service and interpersonal skills are strongly preferred.
  • Food and Health Codes: Knowledge of food and health codes including certifications.
  • Technology Skills: Previous experience with Kronos, Event Master, and FSS systems.
