Your Role:
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be instrumental in promoting the health, comfort, and overall quality of life for our residents. Your key responsibilities will encompass evaluating patient conditions, formulating and executing personalized care strategies, administering prescribed medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive healthcare delivery.
* Full-time positions available across various shifts; options for 8 and/or 12-hour schedules

Core Responsibilities:
- Performing thorough patient evaluations and creating tailored care plans
- Administering medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as directed
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs and relevant medical data
- Providing wound care and executing other nursing interventions as necessary
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care
- Supervising and mentoring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in delivering high-quality care
