Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly capable Project Manager to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in underground utilities, civil contracting, road construction, asphalt, and concrete projects. As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with managing all facets of the project, from initial planning and design through to execution and final delivery. You will collaborate closely with the team to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and maintenance of high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all project phases, including planning, design, execution, and completion
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and quality work
  • Identify project risks and formulate contingency strategies
  • Engage with stakeholders to address their needs throughout the project lifecycle
  • Track project progress and implement necessary adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
  • Prepare and present project reports to management

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in underground utilities, civil contracting, road construction, asphalt, and concrete projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong project management capabilities, including project planning, timeline development, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and guiding team members
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and guidelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
