Key Responsibilities- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for LFP battery energy storage systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical and thermal management systems
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of mechanical systems to improve efficiency and reliability
- Develop and execute test plans to validate mechanical designs and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in the design and development of mechanical systems for battery energy storage systems, specifically lithium iron phosphate technology
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and thermal management
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and simulation tools
