Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of referrals to identify mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to address identified needs

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support services
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client information
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Science, Mental Health, or a related field
- Associate Professional Clinical Counselor license required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Travel required
