Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with overseeing the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with the F&B Leadership Team to develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and maintain the quality of our offerings.
  • Ensure that every guest receives personalized and attentive service, addressing concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Partner with the brand team to ensure brand, service, and culture standards are met and maintained.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service quality across all areas of the restaurant.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of F&B operations, ideally within luxury and/or fine dining environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
  • Ability to endure abundant physical movement in various work areas.
