Key Responsibilities

  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting system components for optimal performance and maximizing equipment lifespan.
  • System Testing and Calibration: Conduct tests and measurements to assess system performance, efficiency, and safety.
  • Compliance and Safety: Adhere to safety procedures, building codes, and regulations related to HVAC systems.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Keep thorough and accurate records of work performed, including maintenance tasks, repairs, parts used, and inspections.
  • Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, occupants, and colleagues.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts required for HVAC repairs and installations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating systems, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Valid driver's license.
