Job Summary

As a Signal Support Systems Specialist in the Army National Guard, you will be responsible for integrating signal systems and networks, performing signal support functions, and maintaining authorized signal equipment. You will also install, operate, and maintain radio and data distribution systems, as well as provide technical assistance and training for automation and communications equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and repair radio and data distribution systems

Perform signal support functions and technical assistance for computer systems

Provide technical assistance and training for local area networks

Maintain and repair equipment, terminal devices, assigned vehicles, and power generators

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must be at least 17 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards. You must also be a U.S. citizen and be willing to enlist in the Army National Guard.
