Dartmouth Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Inpatient Pediatric Psychiatric Care Unit RN. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care to adolescent patients from 12 to 17 years of age, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients with psychiatric needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Mentor and precept new staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to research and education efforts within the organization.
**Requirements**
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required; Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Licensed RN with New Hampshire eligibility required.
- BLS certification necessary.
