The successful candidate will provide exceptional care to adolescent patients from 12 to 17 years of age, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients with psychiatric needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Mentor and precept new staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to research and education efforts within the organization.

**Requirements**

  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required; Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Licensed RN with New Hampshire eligibility required.
