The Senior MuleSoft Developer collaborates with Project Managers, architects, clients, and various stakeholders to design and implement MuleSoft APIs and workflows that meet business needs. This position requires proficiency in MuleSoft's Anypoint Studio and Anypoint Platform, which encompasses Design Center, Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, and more. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to comprehend business requirements, engage with stakeholders, and execute intricate integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and design system requirements effectively.
  • Create RAML specifications as API contracts for development purposes.
  • Implement DataWeave scripts with a strong understanding.
  • Deploy APIs to various environments including CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and on-premises workers.
  • Adopt API-Led Connectivity practices.
  • Implement fundamental policies within the API Manager.
  • Establish and manage basic CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools such as Maven Plugin and Jenkins.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience working with MuleSoft.
  • Proficient in API development (REST, SOAP, etc.).
  • Experience in file processing using MuleSoft.
  • 5+ years of development experience in Java/J2EE/JSE frameworks.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as XML, JSON, and SOA integration.
  • Previous experience in EDI and Healthcare is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL is essential.
  • DevOps experience, particularly with Jenkins.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving high-priority production incidents within SLAs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders including Architecture, IT, Business, External Vendors, and Systems Support teams to facilitate incident resolution.
  • Proficient in proactive and preventive monitoring techniques.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience as a Tech Lead is advantageous.
  • Experience with BizTalk is a plus.
