Job Summary:

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Constructive Simulation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support for simulation systems used in support of individual and collective training at the company through Corps level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in planning and implementation of training programs, practices, and procedures.
  • Manage a team of scenario developers, subject matter experts, and systems engineers to analyze job tasks, develop new and revise existing training content, and implement revised content based on changes to the system.
  • Ensure the Battlespace Simulation integration into the respective sites operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in planning simulation exercise architectures, supervising implementation of communication systems, and integrating Army MCIS in support of distributed exercises.
  • 3 years of experience in IT management.
  • 3 years of hands-on experience with constructive simulation systems used in military training environments.
  • 3 years of experience and proficiency in intelligence analysis tools and software.
