Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care using evidence-based practices and the nursing process.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current unrestricted RN license in the state.
- Previous work experience as an RN in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
Workplace Conditions:
- Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.
- May require lifting to 80 pounds (using proper techniques).
- May require standing and walking 2-5 hours at a time.
- May have exposure to chemicals, radiation, infectious diseases/waste, and/or blood-borne pathogens.
Pay Package:
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
