Lead Healthcare Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Lead Healthcare Supervisor to join our team at Oneida Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Utica, NY. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility and ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Oneida Center is a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Utica, New York. We are committed to providing post-acute-care that sets the standard of excellence and exceeds the expectations of our residents, staff, and community. Our services include Skilled Nursing, Respite, Hospice, and Post-acute Rehabilitation, as well as an affiliated Assisted Living Program and Adult Day Care.

The Lead Healthcare Supervisor will report directly to the Administrator and will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the scheduling and assignment of nursing staff to ensure resident care requirements are met
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations
• Providing support to residents and families, and promoting a compassionate environment within the facility

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
