Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Blossom ABA Therapy. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients, providing ongoing training and support to our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) team, and collaborating with other treatment team members to ensure seamless care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
  • Provide ongoing training and support to RBTs on all aspects of ABA
  • Collaborate with other treatment team members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Perform comprehensive initial intake and recurring assessments
  • Review data on a timely basis and communicate with team members as needed
Qualifications:
  • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
