**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Albuquerque location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services

• Meet sales goals, working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards

• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

**Requirements**

• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals

• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a POS system

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
