**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and staff
  • Meet and greet visitors, residents, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as package delivery and maintenance work orders
  • Support the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
