Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week contract position in a dynamic and supportive environment.

This role features 10-hour day shifts, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cath Lab Technologist to advance their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of Cath Lab procedures to diagnose and evaluate medical conditions.
• Prepare Cath Lab exam rooms, obtain informed consent, and gather accurate clinical history.
• Review patient history and determine appropriate Cath Lab protocols.
• Explain examination methods, position patients, and ensure their comfort and safety during procedures.
• Assist doctors during invasive cardiovascular procedures such as angioplasty, cardiac catheterization, and electrophysiology.
• Document and communicate patient-related information thoroughly and accurately.
• Monitor Cath Lab equipment performance, report issues, and perform necessary maintenance.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• ARRT(R) certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an Cath Lab Technologist in a hospital setting.
• CRT License, CA Fluoro License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Ability to work 10-hour day shifts.
• Strong understanding of Cath Lab safety protocols.
• Excellent technical skills in operating Cath Lab equipment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
• Demonstrated commitment to high standards of patient care and professionalism.
• Ability to travel to and from the workplace.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen in accordance with Joint Commission standards.
