Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personalized care to our patients. As a CNA, you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing basic first aid and taking vital signs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to patients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with basic first aid, such as taking vital signs and providing wound care.
  • Prepare meals according to dietary and nutritional needs.
  • Help patients maintain good personal hygiene, including assistance with bathing, toileting, and oral hygiene.
  • Thoroughly complete and coordinate all required documentation, including patient/family and Company documentation records.
  • Observe and report significant changes in patient's condition to the (RN) Nursing Supervisor.
  • Provide hands-on personal care and performance of simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or GED.
  • Current, unrestricted certification or proof of training as required by the state.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with aide care and policies and procedures.
  • Valid Driver's License and Acceptable MVR.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in home healthcare or a similar setting.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
