Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MIG, TIG, and STICK Welder who possesses experience in MIG, TIG, and STICK welding techniques. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing our operational capabilities and will involve tasks ranging from stainless TIG welding in our food processing plant to rebuilding manure scrapers in our dairy barns.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house engineer to understand project specifications and ensure outputs meet operational standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols while operating shop equipment.

Salary Range$55,000 - $75,000 per year. We also offer benefits such as comprehensive health and dental insurance, 401k retirement plan, paid vacation time, and provision of uniforms.
