Job Summary:

The Dayton Area School Consortium is seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with communication disorders, including speech, language, and hearing impairments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, including speech and language therapy sessions, group therapy, and consultation with teachers and parents
- Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, counselors, and administrators, to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech and language pathology

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology or related field
- Ohio licensure as a Speech and Language Pathologist
- Experience working with students with communication disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
