Position Summary
We are seeking skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Specialists to join our cutting-edge, fully automated injection molding facility. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining machinery and facility operations, while prioritizing safety, product excellence, production efficiency, cleanliness, and cost management to meet our operational objectives.
What We Offer

- 12-hour shifts on a 4 on, 4 off schedule; 84 hours bi-weekly with bi-weekly pay
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and mechanical principles within an automated manufacturing setting.
- Diagnose issues, interpret and modify mechanical schematics, and conduct root cause analysis for injection molding equipment.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance on electrical controls, process instrumentation, and PLC programming, ensuring optimal performance of all machinery.
- Design and specify materials as needed.
- Safely and accurately utilize fabrication, millwright, and mechanical hand tools.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols as outlined by HR Best Practices and relevant agreements. May also provide guidance and leadership to other team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, piping, and welding, preferably in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with injection molding processes and plastics is essential. Candidates should possess a strong aptitude for working with automated systems and robotics.
- An Associate's Degree in electronics or a related field is highly preferred. Possession of an Electrical License or State/Federal approved Journeyman's Card is advantageous.
- Welding skills (Stick, MiG, and TIG) may be required.
- Successful candidates must pass a drug screening and physical examination.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on a 4 on, 4 off rotation.

Working Conditions
