About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Elaine Ctr @ Hadley. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients' needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical support to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their stay.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and care provided.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Current RN licensure and registration.
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
