We are seeking a skilled Bistro Server to join our team at Courtyard Greensboro. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Interact with guests, responding to their questions and concerns, and providing information about our menu and services.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared and served promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to Marriott's high standards for quality and service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
