Barback Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Barback to join our team at Offleash. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the bar area, assisting bartenders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain stock of beer, wine, liquor, and other bar supplies
• Clean and sanitize the bar area, including wiping down surfaces and washing glasses and dishes
• Restock and replenish liquor, garnishes, and bar supplies
• Empty trash and keep the bar area clean and organized
• Assist bartenders with drink preparation and serving

Requirements:

• No previous restaurant experience required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Be physically able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)
• Be able to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 50 pounds up to 30 times per shift
