Maintenance Planner Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance work to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and plan maintenance work in collaboration with affected departments
  • Identify job resources, assemble job plans, and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Lead analysis of maintenance history, including root cause analysis
  • Advise on and champion continuous process improvement in maintenance operations
  • Assist with CMMS, inventory control, and purchasing needs as requested
  • Analyze and report on network and area maintenance performance
  • Manage maintenance technical documentation for plant equipment and systems
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a high-volume, fast-paced, capital-intensive manufacturing environment
  • 2 years maintenance planning experience preferred
  • Experienced CMMS user, SAP preferred
  • Proficient spreadsheet, PowerPoint, email, and database user
  • Ability to communicate technical information accurately and clearly
  • Ability to uphold Safety standards and follow our Manufacturing best practices
Benefits:
  • Pay starting at $36.07 per hour
  • The employee will move to a higher rate of $37.98 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently with mechanical assistance
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis and 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to constantly lift, bend, stretch and stand during entire shift
