Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including hot and cold items, to meet the needs of our members.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and provide support during peak periods.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring that all products are properly stored and rotated.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing priorities and customer needs.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, customer needs, and work schedules.
