Lippert is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welding and Robotics Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated equipment and robotic systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues with automated equipment and robotic systems.
  • Robotics and Automation Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on robotic systems, including programming and troubleshooting.
  • Welding and Fabrication: Perform welding and fabrication tasks as required, including working with various metals and materials.
  • Equipment Installation and Repair: Install and repair automated equipment and robotic systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure that all maintenance and repair work meets the highest quality standards and is completed in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Appropriate Maintenance Background and/or Education History: Required.
  • Experience with Fanuc Robots and Controllers: Preferred.
  • Experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC Systems: Preferred.
  • Experience with Mechanical Systems and HVAC Equipment: Preferred.
  • Basic Fabrication Skills and Experience: Preferred.
  • Ability to Work at Heights and in Confined Spaces: Required.
  • Ability to Lift and Move Heavy Equipment: Required.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. The position will also require the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
