Culinary Artist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team at The Heritage Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

About the Role:

This is a full-time/part-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and safe kitchen space. You will be responsible for food preparation, presentation, and service, as well as maintaining a positive attitude and working effectively with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order, using fresh and seasonal ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work effectively with our team to ensure seamless service and exceed guest expectations
• Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our menu and ingredients
• Perform other duties as required by management

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or culinary setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences
• The ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our company.
