The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Process Technician with a strong foundation in maintenance and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in process engineering and a solid understanding of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement techniques.

Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and optimize existing production processes to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the reliability of key equipment, including CNC machines, laser cutting systems, and other manufacturing equipment
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, track performance, and resolve production challenges
* Develop preventive maintenance plans in collaboration with the maintenance team, ensuring optimal equipment functionality and minimizing unplanned downtime
* Ensure that all engineering solutions, processes, and equipment comply with industry safety standards and regulations

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a metal fabrication, powder coating, or laser cutting environment
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including metal fabrication, powder coating, and laser cutting
* Experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement techniques
* Strong analytical skills, collaboration, and communication skills

* Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience

Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work with heavy machinery and equipment
