Position Overview

Summary

Language Arts Academy is seeking a dedicated full-time Spanish-speaking educator for our infant care program. This role involves working with young children in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Proven experience in early childhood education
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a daycare setting
- Strong classroom management abilities
- Creative in developing engaging activities for infants
- Proficient in Spanish
- High school diploma required (verification needed)
- Valid Social Security, ITIN, or current passport (original documents only)
- Proximity to the academy is preferred
- Availability to commence work immediately

Qualifications

- CPR and First Aid certification required upon hiring
- Compensation ranges from $11 to $12 per hour, based on experience and educational background
- Opportunities for productivity bonuses

Interview Process:
Candidates will undergo a two-part interview process, including an interview and a classroom observation lasting approximately 2 to 3 hours on the same day.
