Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loader to join our team at Panera Bread's Fresh Dough Facility. As a Loader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely loading of our trailers for deliveries to our cafes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading cabinets full of raw dough and produce into our trailers
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety
  • Following rigorous procedures to ensure consistently delicious products
  • Ensuring a safe and clean working environment that meets FDA Good Manufacturing Practice regulations
  • Supporting the team and manager in achieving production goals

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful employment experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
