  • Prioritize safety, following guidelines conscientiously to create a secure workplace for all.
  • Support the longevity of our machinery with regular maintenance, contributing to the efficiency of our operations.
  • Collaborate proactively with a diverse team to overcome challenges and hit production goals.
  • Learn and perform duties on specific production lines.
  • Ensure production adherence to production schedule.
  • Assist in line change overs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
  • Escalate quality issues/deviations immediately.
  • Drive for Right First-Time performance on batch documentation.
  • Help team meet target goals.
  • Balance priorities maintaining high quality products made efficiently in a safe environment.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • A background in manufacturing or production would be beneficial, but a strong desire to learn is also highly valued.
  • An aptitude for understanding and adhering to detailed manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work actively, which might include standing for long periods and managing moderate weights.
  • A detail-oriented and reliable approach, with the drive to take initiative and achieve high-quality results.
  • Willingness to be flexible to achieve area assignments, objectives, and goals.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work and resources appropriate to requirements.
  • Experience of working as part of a multifunctional team, ability to network & build effective working relationships with people within the organization at all levels.
