Role Overview

Pinnacle Rehab and Health Center, a leading healthcare provider in Smyrna, DE, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Medical Team Lead. This challenging role requires a skilled professional who can oversee the implementation of resident care plans and ensure a homelike atmosphere for residents.

Job Responsibilities
  • The RN Team Lead will assist in coordinating services on assigned units to achieve optimal resident care and quality of life.
  • They will regularly round on nursing units, checking in with residents and staff to address concerns and provide support.
  • As part of our commitment to creating a team-oriented atmosphere, the RN Team Lead will work closely with nurses to enhance resident care and overall well-being.
  • They will also monitor incidents, accidents, and resident/staff complaints, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team toward delivering exceptional care and fostering a positive work environment.
