Role Summary and QualificationsWe are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse Case Manager who will deliver clinical expertise to guarantee that all patients receive high-quality, efficient care in a medical-surgical setting. Our team is dedicated to supporting one another, and we seek an exceptional individual who shares our commitment to meaningful patient care.
- You will provide continuous support and expertise through thorough assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual patient needs.
- You will enhance patient management quality and satisfaction.
- You will promote cost-effectiveness by integrating case management, utilization review, and discharge planning.
- Current Florida State RN License or appropriate compact license.
- Completion of an RN Diploma program or a related healthcare program.
- A minimum of 3 years of recent acute clinical practice or related healthcare experience.
- Strong critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to comprehend written instructions and follow verbal directions.
- Proficient PC skills and demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities with proactive decision-making and negotiation skills.
- Solid knowledge of governmental and private organization resources.
This position requires full vaccination for COVID-19 in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, unless a medical or religious exemption is approved.
