We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Preschool Education Assistant. This position will involve facilitating age-appropriate activities that promote the holistic development of children, while also enhancing their multilingual language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing the Atlas Curriculum (training will be provided) for a designated age group.
  • Design engaging and interactive learning experiences to prepare children for their educational journey ahead.
  • Oversee the daily routine and environment of the classroom to maintain a safe and nurturing atmosphere.
  • Monitor & Evaluate: observe and document children's progress and assess their developmental milestones.
  • Communicate regularly with parents through an app, weekly curriculum updates, and respectful in-person interactions to support each child's success.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare setting.
  • A genuine desire to positively influence children's lives.
  • A friendly and patient attitude.
  • Capability to lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
