Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Development Manager to join our team at Providence St. Joseph Health. As a key member of our Information Services department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between $96,150 and $112,440 per year, depending on location and experience. This range includes base pay, plus additional compensation for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Job Description

As an ERP Development Manager, you will lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom applications, interfaces, and integrations with our ERP system. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud technology will enable us to leverage the full potential of our ERP system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services
  • Ten or more years: Experience as systems analyst developer including at least three years supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits and Retirement)
  • Strong experience Oracle HCM Cloud Tech skills across Data Loader, Integrations (Inbound & Outbound), Extensions, Reports (BIP, OTBI), Extracts and Fast Formulas
  • Experience with Middleware technologies in general, demonstrated knowledge in platforms (preferably OIC), integration patterns and orchestration development
  • Experience in personalization and customization of HCM application pages
  • Hands on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems related to Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Ability to support Oracle HCM Cloud product releases, new features, and industry best practices to recommend enhancements and optimize system performance
