Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Mid- to Senior-Level Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform hydrologic and hydraulic assessments for stormwater management
  • Design and develop stormwater treatment systems, pumping stations, and conveyance networks
  • Conduct feasibility studies for engineering projects
  • Engage in research and development of innovative stormwater quality improvement methods
  • Analyze stormwater quality data, assess industrial and construction sites, and recommend best management practices to mitigate pollutants in stormwater runoff
  • Draft technical reports and proposals
  • Provide regulatory and compliance assistance to clients
  • Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with technical specialists, project managers, and colleagues
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering; a Master's degree is preferred
  • 6 to 12 years of relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of stormwater and wastewater regulations and permitting processes
  • Experience in engineering design
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification is advantageous
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when necessary
