Epic Travel Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN specializing in the Emergency Department for an exciting travel nursing opportunity.

Position Overview

This role requires a skilled RN to provide exceptional care in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Current California RN License
  • Minimum of one year of recent, full-time equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program
  • Completion of the Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course or Pediatric Advanced Life Support within six months of hire
  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
  • CEN and TNCC certifications are preferred
  • Ability to recognize and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias is advantageous
  • NIH Stroke Scale Certificate is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred
